I was a member before the pandemic but I quit for about a year. Then because I am over 65 and a Silver Sneakers person, which makes membership free, it was a "no brainer" to come back. Starting up again has been great. The fact that you trained the staff to remember names, which includes me, has been mind blowing to me. A couple of staff (Valarie and Tomson) have been so nice to me that it feels more like a second home for me. Before the pandemic the customer service left me with the impression that none of the staff cared or even listened to my concerns about things that needed to be cleaned up. I remember chewed gum on the floor and spilled soft drinks that I pointed out and no one did anything about it. Now I see better clean-up practices going on and it is greatly appreciated. Keep it up!!

We love this place. It has all the equipment we need. Never too busy. Close by. We use the basic plan which is unbelievable reasonable. Like about $11/mo. They do not have the most advanced state of the art equipment. But they do have lots of equipment which will give you a total workout. They offer trainer services for free. There are lots of clubs around to chose from. For about $30/mo you can work out at any of the clubs, bring a guess for free and use some of the really cool massage machines. We are really happy with the fitness club. We have been a member for about a year.

They do not outline the true costs when setting up your plan. The lady at the front desk doesn't even attempt to disclose fees associated. Do not trust this company.

We always look forward to using this Planet Fitness. Over the past 60 years I have used 5 different facilities and this is by far the very best.

Great gym. Super clean, friendly employees and you can get right in on the equipment you need. It does not have a pool.

I visit 3 or 4 times each week. I spend one hour each visit and walk 3.5 miles on a treadmill each time.

Has all the basic necessities for an affordable price. Lacking pool and sauna so I give it 4 stars.
