The “owner” of this location was extremely rude and belittling. I’m honestly baffled by my experience with trying to sign up for a membership. Do not come here unless you want to be talked down to. I honestly never leave reviews but he was beyond anything I’ve delt with.

Absolutely appalled at how I was treated here. Traveling full time, I rely on Anytime Fitness for working out and showering. Sometimes there's only time for showering. Upon walking in here, I was accosted by the owner who informed me that he does not allow "walk ins", and immediately started saying that he's "well within his right to deny walk ins". He was WAY too quick to defend his actions, clearly he's just been waiting by the door to exercise what little power he has. It was kind of sad.I've been an Anytime member for a while now, been to hundreds of locations and met some great owners of them, but the person who runs this one is not one of them.

Too many rules. Can't have a conversation on your phone in the gym. Have to be careful not to make noise with the weights. Have to wipe down the equipment before and after use. The owner said that only "work out" clothes could be worn in the gym The cleaner they mix drys out my hands so much I have to use gloves. It depends on the location you visit because not all locations are like this. Not renewing my membership here when it comes up.

Fraudulent 7day free pass and why is the door key 50 dollars when probably cost 1 dollar. In short scam.

Very nice owner, plus one of the cleanest anytime’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to 7 in the past week and this one is up there as the cleanest.

The shower area still has signs up says shut down due to the pandemic. There's one community shower for the men and one toilet stall. Weights are average but not terrible, what you need to get a workout in. Decent gym if you're visiting but would not join as a home gym.

I have never left a review before but…. I have been to many franchises in the past and this one is by far the worst. The owner was very rude and aggressive from the moment I stepped into the gym. His customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I needed a gym in Lakewood with 24-hour access, and I needed to ensure the day before that I had a plan for the next morning. I wish I’d read the reviews before going. Owner was rude, telling me I couldn’t test rack heights because I was wearing jeans. Came off as a control freak. Doesn’t surprise me that other reviewers say he stalks them over the gym’s video cameras. Stay away from this place. And Anytime Fitness might consider higher standards and background checks for franchise owners.

We love this gym. Quiet and relaxing place to work out at. Safe environment. I really appreciate the owners commitment to keeping a clean, safe gym to work out at. The rules may seem strict to some, but I very much appreciate it.

I'm a member in different location and decided to go this gym for my break because closer to work. Cheap signs all over the gym. Weights are outdated. Gym too small. I forgot to wipe some equipments and the owner Corey called me and ask why I did not wipe equipments down. Keep in mind I went there @1am and no one was there. Felt creepy someone at home watching me workout. Many of my friends who lives close to his gym started going to deffirent location because of the owner and now I know why.
