Relaxing space and an amazing massage. She's great at finding the source of my back and neck pain and using different techniques to alleviate it. I didn't believe in cupping until I went here and had it done during a massage. Thank you!!

Suffered with neck and shoulder pain for weeks, tried chripractor, physical therapy, OTC pain medications used ice, and heat with no relief.. After 3 appointments can now say I am pain free! Cannot tell you how great that feels.

After even the first session, I’m experiencing less pain and tightness than I’ve had in over 2 years. We also discussed things I can be doing to improve on my own time. I was starting to think there wasn’t anything I’d be able to do and was getting very frustrated. I can’t recommend “breathe” enough. It’s absolutely worth it and I am already looking forward to another visit.
