First time at a climbing gym, the staff were really friendly and helpful in getting started and were great about answering questions! Plenty of boulders to choose from and a good workout room to warm up and cool down in, looking forward to spending more time here!

I give a lot of leeway on what I expect for customer service, and I honestly wasn't planning on posting this. But I've never been somewhere with such unwelcoming front desk staff.... also, this isn't nearly as big a deal, but the place needs to be cleaned pretty badly.

We (kids and adults) had a great experience here. It is a bouldering gym versus a ropes and harnesses gym.Staff answered questions ahead of time over the phone so we were able to come prepared (waivers, cost, shoe rental). Courses are challenging yet attainable.

This place is awesome. I got my monthly membership today. My second time being there I was still using rental shoes - which were actually quite comfortable - i asked Trevor the employee about the shoes and if the rentals were a good brand which honestly I assumed they were. Surprisingly, he stated being rental shoes they actually aren't amazing and told me I should check out a local sporting shop packwood sports believe I'll come back and edit if needed. Trevor's advice was stellar. I got the deal of a life. Thank God for Trevor. Point being this place is awesome, passes the vibe check, and most importantly it's fun.
