This is an amazing studio. The teaching is extraordinarily excellent. The owners love what they do and it shows. This is an perfect studio for beginners, if they listen to the instructors and do not push themselves to do what they cannot do.

These people are AMAZING! If you have questions they answer them, if you have limitations (just let them know before hand and the instructor will help you if you struggle with a pose), if you can't do a pose; just take a deep breathe and focus on what you can do, because this studio, with time will get you there. My work is physically grueling, my back aches and my flexibility can be a joke. When I'm out on the fishing boats, I don't stretch and hardly workout. Then I come back to expand after a few months at work and by the end of a second consecutive class I can touch my toes again 🤣The only thing I'd suggest is a mobile yoga studio for fishermen/women. I'd pay extra for it!

Not a good place for beginners. My boyfriend wanted to try a class and he is not very flexible because of shoulder and wrist injuries but based on my experience with other studios I assured him they would give modifications of what we were doing and that he would find the right level for his body. To my horror the instructor did not give modifications and actually expected everyone in the class to be able to do advanced poses. At one point she asked us to do a pose where you put your hands on the ground and push your seat off the mat in a cross legged position, which I couldn't do because my upper body isn't strong enough to lift my 145lb body and she made the whole class wait on me until she had felt I tried hard enough to do it. I was so embarrassed. At a different point we were supposed to stretch our wrists. We went into cow pose and she wanted us to turn our finger tips to point back toward our knees. I easily did this but because of my bfs injuries he couldn't turn his hands that direction. She tried to force his hands around and he actually had to tell her that she was hurting him. Maybe she was a new instructor or I dunno what but we will never go back here.

I've been going here since I attended college and have felt that it was always a safe place to be. The instructors have always been welcoming and helpful every time I come in. I've been battling health issues and being here with how calming and supportive everyone is has made me a lot stronger both outside of the studio and on my mat.Hot yoga can be extremely hard just because of the heat so make sure you do it multiple times and do listen to your body as you practice. You know your limits and how much you can push your self. One of the instructors once mentioned that even if you just lay on your mat for the entire class in Shavasana, you are here and that is something to celebrate.

I love expand. I've been practicing diligently for the last months and am amazed what it's done to not only but body flexibility and strength but also my approach to life the other 23 hours of the day I'm not in the studio. Hot yoga takes same getting used to so try it at least 5 times if you can. Also all of the instructors are incredibly approachable. If you have questions or something didn't feel right ask them for pointers after class and they're always willing to help you figure out what's going on and improve.

Great space, they have vinyasa, hot yoga, live music, spacial events, retreats, certification program, and showers and bathroom and lockers all available. They also sell great products here. Prices are competitive and over a cheap first time deal and student prices.

Instructors inspire, encourage and create an experience of yoga that is adaptable for all. Hardwood floors and minimalistic eminutites create a flow of ease and simplicity.
