Friendly staff, is very clean, the place is good to come with the family. Always peace to have a freak workout or just a short program for children

My partner asked them to cancel his membership months ago but they kept charging him anyway. Why is it our job to chase after people and make sure they're doing their job? If you've got any integrity you'll refund the several months you charged him after he asked you to cancel.

Great gym but the membership service is not good when it comes to guest passes. Was visiting from out of town and brother has membership and said he can get me a one week pass so I would be able to go while he was at work. Well after signing up I get a phone call from Molly about my vip pass. Her first question was do you plan on joining. To which I say I'm from out of town and she just replies or sorry can't get you a guest pass as they have a limited amount that they can give out per month. To which I'm like fair enough I have anytime fitness that I can go to so was not too bothered by it.But I have now gotten 2 phone calls where they keep reminding me that I have a vip pass and that they are having a big sale on membership.

This place needs a better cleaner in the ladies bathroom sauna showers and floors in the hot tub section. It has gone from good to bad since Patty and Linda left. Recruit them back and offer more money. Added more pictures . Condition still has not improved. Disgusting!

Molly is awesome . I missed and appt with her due to an emergency but and calling to reschedule soon l! I met her in the target parking lot. Very approachable and friendly. Make me want to work out! 👍🏾 …

The worst La fitness that I went to. Not coming back again. Machines not working. The worst part was that they couldn't put the AC down, they said that " The manager has the key to lower the AC." And he/she wasn't there. Non sense answer.

This place needs a lot of care.Take some unnecessary machines out, the rusty swimming pool needs a throughout clean-up, and the locker room seems too old. I think this place needs a total renovation. However and overall, you can still get your workout done!

I really wanted to like this club more and make it my home club- loved the sauna, the professional and friendly staff, and how close it was to my home. But sadly almost every treadmill upstairs is either undergoing repair, or falling apart… literally. I joined a year ago and stuck it out thinking maybe they were just in a point of renovation, but the machines are constantly broken or if they work they’re peeling and falling apart. Would absolutely consider coming back if they made some necessary renovations and got well working machines.

I was just approached by an LA Fitness employee at Dollar Tree while shopping with my 10 month old. She wanted to know if I was interested in some sort of body transformation special they were having. I said no and that it was inappropriate and not how to get new clients. She asked why and I said that people are just trying to go about their day and shouldn't be bothered. To that she gave me a look of complete disgust, rolled her eyes, literally snorted, and walked away.First of all, was she approaching every one in the Dollar Tree? Or just random fat people? Either way, it isn't an appropriate way to conduct business. For reference, I worked in the wellness industry for the better part of 2 decades. Secondly, her nasty attitude to being told no is the real reason I am writing this review. After her display I definitely have no regrets that I didn't hand money and business to her.

Best Gym in the area!Tried a few others but this one has it all. Really love the pool, sauna and brand new hot tub (2023)Manager is kind and professional, and was able to quickly process my cancelation due to a move.
