Tons of pressure from the sales people if you go in for a tour, and their sales pitch is all about not liking your body and trying to change it as fast as possible. That attitude can be a good thing for some people, but if you’re looking for a place to work out without hating your body, or you have a history of eating disorders, look elsewhere. It’s also crowded and loud inside.

Came in on a visit from otta state. My Brother in-law n sister are members. I'm here for only a week so I was able to come in on a visitor pass . Staff is topnotch n there service and not just a figure of speech!! Excellent equipment for every need.. Truly wish they had one in my area! No brainier! Lord continue to bless this company and there staff!

This place has tons of used beat up equipment from the time I started. Went for a short time and just didn’t like the vibe the place put off. I later found out when I happened to go in and use the restroom that I had a late fee of some sort, I asked how could I have a late fee when I prepaid for 2 years. The kid working the counter explained it was for maintenance fees. I don’t recall anything about a 31 dollar yearly maintenance fee ( which totals about 6months of membership). I called in to just cancel my membership and that was difficult in it’s self because the manager Parker doesn’t like to have to talk to customers about something that is in the contract! The girl (Anne) who answered the phone when I called was rude and very unprofessional. Steer clear of this value village of a gym! Just flat out rude and condescending people work there. And I can tell you I’m pretty positive nothing was said about these hidden fee’s!

I have never loved a gym more. I usually get a membership and then only go for 2 weeks before I just give up. Everyone here knows my name. I joined the gyft challenge and I didn't have a trainer, so I just went with Paul because my son was already on his team. I'm so glad I did, I love working out with Paul. He seems to genuinely care about my well being and checked in with me when I got hurt at the team night. I love his bootcamps during the challenge because he's the only trainer that always incorporates stretching into our routine.

The worst cancellation policy. You have to enter the club just to verbally tell them you no longer wish to be a member or you need to pay for a certified letter. No email or phone calls even when they tell you on the phone they will get it taken care of. My best friend was able to cancel through her email/text and they honored it but apparently they don’t treat everyone the same. The gym itself is great and honestly would recommend if they didn’t have such an inconvenient cancellation process. I had cancelled in the past and rejoined and previously it was much simpler.

Exceptional customer service and good overall vibes in the gym. Cardio machines, free weights, squat racks, dumbbells, benches, TRX rigs, you name it this gym has it. Much appreciation to the gym staff for assisting me during the visit.

Good vibes and great community of members and staff! The crew and atmosphere are superior to any commercial gym. Has everything you need and more to get a solid work out in. Organized and spacious weight floor with no shortage of benches, free weights, squat racks and machines. Been a member just long enough to see these guys tackle the remodel and still keeping everything running seamlessly. Gym is looking A1.Thanks Jarod and Parker for taking care of me and family!

The staff and patrons are very kind and polite here. The prices are reasonable and the amenities are great! Very nice and welcoming people. I'm looking forward to the next 2 years of membership here.

I love this gym! Everyone who works there is so friendly, they have an amazing selection of fitness classes with great instructors, and super sweet staff in the childcare area as well! It is also super affordable. I really appreciated that when my mom was in town for a week they gave her get a free pass to come in too. I also like how there are people of all different fitness levels at this gym, so it’s not as intimidating as some other gyms. Definitely recommend!! :)

If it wasn’t for the guy in the black shirt ( Chris ) calling me for two weeks persistently! He got me to come in and sign up! I cannot thank him enough for calling me and getting me in the gym. I would not of done it myself. I love this gym for so many reason one I get so much great feedback and positivity from everybody there. It makes me want to come back! Everyone is so amazing! I highly recommend kicking boxing! Thanks guys!
