I absolutely love the workouts and the community at OTF Gig Harbor! The workouts are challenging and change every day. The coaches are all experienced and knowledgeable and the front staff is incredible. I love our OTF Fit family and the friendships I’ve made there.

I have been to multiple OrangeTheory studios and OTF Gig Harbor is by far my favorite. The staff and coaches are always friendly, willing to answer questions and are super uplifting. The workout itself is always different and challenging. I have been an OrangeTheory member for over a year and can say I haven't "plateaued". It is super easy to get into the classes I want not only at this studio but most studios. This studio is fun, welcoming and on top of it. I can't say enough great things about Gig Harbor OTF.

We like the concept and have enjoyed our first two classes, however, their system is completely broken.My wife and I pay about $350 per month (total) for unlimited classes...not cheap. For this amount of money, we expected a great experience. The website and phone app design is completely flawed. They often do not sync-up and completely confused on which classes we are wait listed on versus confirmed. Regarding wait listing, it is clear that the Gig Harbor facility is completely overselling availability as it is extremely difficult to find open spots. We are trying to book in advance, but they only have a couple of weeks opened up on their calendar.To the Gig Harbor management team, please help! Your customers are feeling a lot of pain and frustration!
