Great place to work out. Employees are helpful and friendly and Y members there are friendly as well. I would give this establishment 5stars if it weren't for their branch director. He comes across as condescending, his tone is deamaning, and is not very nice at all when handling complaints, etc.

Tacoma Center is an adult-only facility during the week, which is nice for the working adults in the nearby community. The facility is smaller than other Y's in the area, but it has everything most would expect from a gym, it is kept clean, and the staff is quite friendly.

The staff is extremely friendly and for the most part, the facility is pretty clean. They could pay more attention to smaller attributes, like the fans, but it's a nice gym.

Great people work here that honestly want to help you! All of the equipment is in good shape and there are lots of different options. Very clean, great parking privilege, awesome location, this is the first time in my life I've actually wanted to exercise thanks to this Y and their team. THANK YOU!

I've been a member now for three years. I have found a clean facility with friendly staff. I appreciate that this facility is an adult only with exceptions on weekends. The people here are friendly. I will always consider this my gym.

In early morning...Clean. Nice, new and plentiful cardio equipment, weights/machines. Nice class schedule too. Great pool, steam room and hot tub. locker rooms/ showers available...later hours get more crowded in showers due to community service of providing a place for those in the community who need showers. Overall- Great.
