I knew I would like this place, but I didn’t expect to fall in love with it to this degree. I knew several people who went and loved it, and now I get it. The hype is real. It’s so much more than women getting together to workout, it’s legit a sisterhood. There are women of all shapes, sizes, walks of life and you feel safe pushing your limits and trying new things. Real growth happens here, Mentally and physically. Also, the workouts kick butt, the coaching is 10/10!

Obsessed! I have been apart of a lot of gyms, taken a lot of different classes and tried so many at home workouts. Never have I ever been able to or honestly feel like it’s easy to want to stay consistent. I originally thought having to schedule out the times was going to be annoying but that is part of what has helped me stay so consistent (on top of the late cancellation fee lol). The class format helps me push harder during the workout. I can feel the sisterhood ♥️Plus, the coaching is 🤩🔥🤩. You really can take the thinking out of it and just show up.I am so incredibly happy I joined.

the best gym in UP!!! what you find when you walk in the doors is strength and sisterhood!!! you are greeted with friendly and encouraging coaches, the workouts are different everyday, and this community is something you don't get anywhere else. vie has changed my life for the best!! come check it out for yourself. i promise you, you will not be disappointed.

The bumping music (custom mixed by a DJ), the gorgeous decor (hello chandeliers!), best-in-class equipment, & killer workouts make Vie UP a truly unique gym experience. Did I mention the super friendly & encouraging members? This 7th studio location for Vie has it all. I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this community as both a member & a coach. Vie is my home away from home, and what a beautiful home it is!

Beautiful space with perfectly curated design. The coaches are fabulous and so supportive. You will get a sense of community every time you walk through the doors of Vie—along with a good sweat session. I will always sing the praises of Vie Athletics!

I’ve been a member at Vie since 2020. I’ve gone from the Bonney Lake location, to Tacoma, & now to UP. This new location lives up to the high standard set by all Vie gyms. It’s beautiful, inviting & of course, such a supportive community. I’m obsessed!

Vie is uplifting, encouraging, and new/exciting every day. No need to be intimidated—this gym is for every woman looking for a new gym or fitness experience. Bonus points: you’ll form friendships and deep connections while doing it!Not to mention, this facility is beautiful. Gorgeous chandeliers hang from the ceilings and the bathroom even provides complimentary high-end toiletries for your convenience.
