Spacious and a lot of equipment to do different workouts. It’s a 24/7 gym but you have to register for it and it registers you to the other 24/7 gyms on post. It’s a military gym so only open to DOD/Military/Dependents and retirees and other affiliated people.

It's a military gym, so you get what you get, but I like this one because it has a nice selection of equipment and is kept pretty clean. There's a room for parents to workout where their kids can hang out, that's convenient!

Great facility. I try going early morning as it seems to get a bit crowded in the evening. You can also sign up for 24/7 access

better than McVeigh. they renovated the squat racks with new platforms and new bumper plates. a bit crowded during off-work hours. worth the 24hr pass.

This establishment is extremely well organized and has quite a few machines that most wouldn't be too familiar too. I know I've never seen the Jacob's Ladder in a gym before; nonetheless, I had fun messing with and climbing on the thing. It goes without saying that I appreciate this place.

It's a nice facility with lots of equipment. My problem is it's so hot in there and that makes it smell like urine. The parent child room has no airflow and the child area could be better put together.

Photos were taken on a Sunday during a 4-day weekend (Easter).Place is packed during weekdays and they only have around 5 free weight racks excluding a couple in the CrossFit area. They currently have only one step machine in the main gym but the place got a lot of treadmills and plenty of weight machines. Even has a calisthenics area and couple courts. One thing I noticed though is that the equipments are older compared to Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska but they get the job done. Hope there will be more free weight racks so the wait isn’t too long especially most people do power lifts so it could take a while. Nevertheless, the place is clean and the staff are nice and it’s still my top choice in all the gyms at JBLM.

Great Gym. They are open Saturday and Sundays now. After work hours suppose to be military only. I don't like that its bias against family members because they work and are busy too during the day.
