This gym is a great gym. They have all the equipment that you need for weight training, strength training, punching bag, cardio machines and big space with equipment for HIIT training.The staff are super nice and helpful. I go early in the morning, so all the people i saw there are respectful and follow rules. And ladies, I noticed that the dudes that come to this gym are respectful, they don’t owls you with their eyes and make you feel uncomfortable.

Atlas is the hidden treasure of Tallahassee. It has all the equipment you could possibly want. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. And the place is impeccably clean. What more can you possibly ask for?
