Love this gym! I always felt uncomfortable at the gym until I came to Atlas. Thanks to Matt and Cindy, the group fitness classes are what I look forward to every day. They make the workouts fun and interesting. Every single person I have encountered at Atlas has been nothing but kind and helpful. I recommend this gym to everyone that I access!

Best gym in Tallahassee in my opinion. Great staff. They are able to taylor a fitness plan for anyone. I'm happy I finally found a gym where I feel comfortable.
