Short blonde girl working here was very rude and mean. Will never come back here. They only care about sign ups and money. There are way better gyms out there. Most gyms have $10 memberships these days, so they aren’t special. This is a very minimal gym for beginners. 70% of the space is taken up by cardio machines, and they don’t have large variety of weight machines. They don’t have any free weight bench presses, don’t have squat racks, don’t have free weight curl bars, and dumbbells only go to 75 pounds. They know this, so they try to sell you on their cleanliness, fitness instructor (which isn’t a personal trainer), and their “spa” amenities which are very basic. When signing up, they require you to give your checking account number and routing number. They will try to get you to put a debit or credit card as well but it is not required. They will also try to make you sign up for a useless app that is just a failed attempt at a social media platform when signing up. Lastly they try to sign you up for the fitness instructors class as well when you are signing up but that is not required either. The classes are a waste of time. Overall, go to golds or youfit if you actually want to workout and make progress.

These people here are great. The place us kept spotless. Truly. I think they're cleaning something every time I go. The staff is always very kind. So. Many. Machines. There is always an alternate motion machine that isn't occupied. I love it here.

The staff is always cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment. The locker room is constantly being scrubbed down. These things are important to me. I want to focus on my workout and not worry about the equipment or sanitation of the facility. I appreciate the hard work of the staff.

PF is great no matter the State or the city. As much as I love working out at my hometown PF, I adore using my black card privileges when I'm driving long distance.I popped in at 5 a.m. only to hear a cheerful, "Good morning! Welcome to Planet Fitness!"The attendant dropped what he was doing to help me sign in and login for the massage chairs. Excellent service. The chairs here are the best I've used yet! I'll be adding this location as a regular stop whenever I'm heading South. The rest of the facility was clean, well organized and peaceful. As always, patrons were working out no matter the hour. The parking lot is well lit and has lots of spaces close to the door.

-People are nice, depending on who is working there that day, place is well maintained, has everything you need to shower and get a workout in.-For the price of, $10 per month for one gym and $20 per month for any gym in the, USA it is the best price to value deal of any gym out there.

Smaller than the Monroe planet fitness, but way less crowded. The trainers are nice and helpful. Always seems clean.

Still see the mirror jocks and what they call "lunks" but it's a nice gym to get a good workout in. Don't understand the whole judgment free zone yet they judge like crazy on body builders and people who workout loud and hard.Awesome tanning, awesome massage, and great workout options.

I don't normally rant and I'm also hard to anger; however, that is not the case tonight.Around 8:30 I walked into my Planet Fitness, located on Capital Circle. To my surprise, I was asked by the two women at the front desk to put on a t-shirt. I informed them I didn't have one at hand, so I was given one to wear over my workout tank. The reason for this? My breasts are too big. This has been something I have struggled with my whole life, and there's nothing I can do about it. I can get a reduction, which I've seen a doctor for and insurance won't cover, and I presume Planet Fitness doesn't want to give me $6,200 for the surgery. I have struggled with my image in all aspects of my life: school, work, even walking out in public no matter what I wear. It's costly and difficult to find clothing that fits just right and still looks like a twenty something year old would wear it.Tonight I wore a black Nike work out tank, that has a built in sports bra, and yoga pants. And after being asked, I worked out with a Planet Fitness tshirt on. The longer I worked out- the more angry I got. So after my workout, I retreated to the front desk and asked for a manager. The girl was very sweet and we treated each other with respect. She informed me the manager wouldn't be in until tomorrow. She gave me a copy of Planet Fitness's policy when I requested it and highlighted the section that would be used as a defense (pictured below). She also gave me a list of rules and dress code that is not posted on the website (where I signed up), but given only to the employees. (I'll post below). I was able to calm myself enough to speak rationally about this situation with the girl at the front desk because I could tell she was only doing her job. However, I will speaking with a manager in person tomorrow because I do not feel that this is acceptable by any means, especially as I looked around and saw other women wearing tank tops. On my way out of the gym, I saw a girl in front of me and the back of her tank looked similar to mine. I stopped her and asked if I could see the front. I explained my situation to her and she agreed that it was a ridiculous request and that no one spoke to her about her top and even asked me if we could take a picture together (see below).I was extremely embarrassed at first, but now I am only angry, disappointed in Planet Fitness, and saddened by the constant struggle women face.As part of Planet Fitness's mission statement "As we evolve and educate ourselves, we will seek to perfect this safe, energetic environment, where everyone feels accepted and respected." They are also well known for providing a "judgement free zone".Again, this was not the case tonight.I'll be speaking with a manager and cancelling my membership tomorrow.

It was good while I was going to the gym.Now I literally have to fight to get it cancelled because they didn't keep track of their own paperwork. I have to see if my ex kept his copy because they won't stop charging me for his membership. I can't cancel it even though it's my money because the membership is under his name. Clay the acting manager told me they will continue to charge me unless I find his copy of the cancellation paper from 3 months ago. I also can't get refunded for their mistake unless I have it. It's an actual robbery steadily taking place every month for $10.75.

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is not as big as other PFs and wish it was as equipped as the one on North Monroe Street. It is best to avoid times when it is busy so they you don't have to wait for certain machines. The is ample parking space as the plaza is huge.
