This place is always clean and also has almost every device working every time I go. If there is a broken machine, it does not stay broken very long. Dressing rooms are clean and smell good as well.

I went to another gym for a free trial that's a little closer to my house. I was there for all of 10 mins before I left and immediately went to PF. Never have I ever felt judged, irrelevant, like a problem or out of place at PF the way the other gym made me feel. Safe to say I'm not going anywhere! The staff is always so nice and if I have a question or need anything they are always quick to help and show nothing but customer service. I've only gone to a couple other locations and everyone has been great but the north Monroe location is my gym home. Thanks yall for everything!

Great variety of machines but even tho they are new it is surprising how many are broken or poorly maintained…namely the lay machine and an ab machine with rubber tubes that have disconnected
