My first time there had a great experience to trainer was willing to train me and take her time with me on the machines explaining everything that I asked it to know your love it try it.

Dirty, crowded, no hot water. No muscle milk pro. No pre workout. Everything is outdated. This is garbage. As a multimillion dollar corporation, you could at least stay up to date and offer hot showers.. laughably terrible.

The manager and staff are super helpful. The place is clean, not noisy, not too many people... I am usually super shy, but it truly was a non-judgmental zone!

I love that it is always clean and it isn't overly packed. Staff is super nice and there are extra little spaces where I can do my own routine without being in people's way.

Terrible corporate policy mandates that Half-witted staff management upholds with a iron fist.I imagine this particular team manager as someone who would harass clients to wear masks every second of the day if he was told it was policy.Terrible experience. Poorly trained staff in subjects like common sense, and safety.

This place is awesome the staff rock they’re always friendly they’re always in a good mood they’re always helpful the place is open 24 seven end for me that gets it hands-down with my crazy work schedule the showers are hot and the gym equipment is always clean I’m telling you this place is advanced the most in the last couple years out of any gym I love them now and you can travel all across the United States or at least the East Coast from my experience and find the same results I’ve listed I give this two thumbs up and I’ll keep giving them my support!
