I was very impressed with Anna, at 20 Minutes to Fitness. The orientation was great and she addresses all my questions.I have goals that I want to strive for which includes better health, and getting better muscle tone to enjoy more activities. I have found that they will assist me to make this happen.

I strongly recommend this program.After 9 months I have developed considerable strength and flexibility.All the staff are professional and provide one to one coaching at every session. Anna is my coach and she is fantastic. She is offers consistent encouragement and precise strength training., with concentration on form being a necessary component. She has helped me so much and I look forward to our weekly sessions.Another shout out to Emma, my husbands trainer. She also is a great coach and my husband has really shown impressive results.

I look forward to working out here each week. My coach, Anna keeps me motivated and more importantly she watches my form and corrects it to prevent me from injuring myself (as I have at other places without a coach). I always feel so much better after my sessions. Since I am in my 70’s I am concerned with my bone health. This weight bearing exercise routine really helps with that, along with helping to maintain my balance.

All of the staff are great! My personal trainer Emma is excellent. She is very professional, personable, and knows how to encourage me to push my abilities without going beyond my physical limits. This has been a great way for a 70 year old man to continue to stay physically fit. I look forward to my time there every week.

I have a long history of chronic pain and muscle weakness due to an illness known as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. My life isn't busy, but my tolerance for excercise is low and my exercise restrictions are high. 20 Minutes to Fitness has created a workout routine in which I can actively work towards greater muscular strength and lessened musculoskeletal impairment.I appreciate the professionalism of their trainers, their knowledge of hypermobility, and their ability to listen to their clients and readily make needs based adjustments.I'm excited to see how I continue to grow in muscular strength and endurance while continuing my training program.

I have been working out at 20 Minutes to Fitness for two years and I continue to feel the positive benefits during each workout. My personal trainer, Travis, works with me to reach my goal on each machine. I see a HUGE difference in my mobility, my balance, and I feel so much stronger. My bone health has improved immensely. My Rhumetologist has commented that my scans for my osteoporosis are definitely improved. I have signed up for another year 2022 and plan to continue my active lifestyle thanks to my 20 Minute Workout.

Read about them in our community magazine and decided to give them a try as they seemed different than a regular gym. And they sure are!! Great exercises, they see you by appointment so it's never crowded. Jacob, my trainer, is very thorough and make you do better each time. I'm loving it.
