I have a single club membership at the Ehrlich location, which I know every employee at, and wanted to try out the dale mabry spot for a change. I kindly told the front desk instead of walking by them like most would and they denied me entry stating I needed to pay a $20 fee for the day just to workout. The monthly fee is $10. That’s quite unreasonable and Shay the “manager” was zero help. This location might as well be a crunch with how poorly it’s ran. I will not return to this location and will continue to tell others how bad it is.

Great amenities and great location! Nick was fantastic in giving us a tour and helping us sign up. It does get a little crowded at 5pm but I never have a problem finding a workout or machine to use. The machines seem all new and well kept.

This is not my main venue but the gym I go to has a damaged sauna and I was coming to train here temporarily until mine is fixed and today they won't allow me to enter and I explain my situation that it is NOT my fault that another venue has problems the answer of her (Isabel) is that I have to pay a fee of $50 to be able to use her headquarters… my answer was a resounding NO

Was feeling a lil chubby today and new I had to get in the gym. This gym was great. Stay Hard, they don’t know me son, LFG!!!

Love the facility. Ppl IDK. I sent a Q from the website asking if they had scales. Never answered. They could walk around and make sure we know the equipment but they don't. There is so much I don't use cuz I don't know how or why.

This gym used to be good before they oversold memberships. It’s never not crowded and they lack a lot of equipment they used to have, by theft ir otherwise. I can never find the tools I need (stretch sticks, small weight kbs, bosu balls, exercise balls that actually have air…). Going to be switching gyms and willing to pay more money to not have to deal with the chaos that is this facility now.

The machines are clean and well kept but that’s about it. The parking is a night mare. And the cleanliness is unacceptable. I notified them the bathroom was disgusting. I was there for two hours and when I left it still hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t know what that brown stuff on the ground is but there was someone doing something in the stall when it was coming off them. Literally made me sick to my stomach to have to shower here today.

Went in with a 7 day trial on a Saturday at 830 am. They kept me waiting up front for 35 mins claiming they only had 1 salesperson working, I asked if I could workout first then speak to them, I was told no. I ended up leaving and will not be returning.

I'm still new to this gym, but so far I'm really liking it. It's spacious, clean, and has a great atmosphere. It does get crowded at times, but that's to be expected. Plus, it's a great opportunity to make friends.

THIS is the best gym ever, I go on a guest pass but I’m thinking about getting my own membership. It is packed during most day hours but it’s so big that it almost never seems like you have to wait or anything. All the amenities are very updated and nice, the pool in big the sauna is perfect. This is a great gym ! Highly recommended over most
