Flex Appeal is probably the best gym I’ve gone to. The environment is top notch. Everyone is extremely humble and kind and always willing to help, and they have every piece of equipment you would need to get a great workout in. 10/10 recommend

Tampa is my second home. And I struggled to find a gym I enjoyed out there, tried a few, never loved any. Then one day I rolled into FAM for a day pass, and gave me what I wanted. A no frills gym, with educated staff, that would help me when needed. Highly suggest checking them out, price for product the best.

This is probably the best gym in Tampa and it also happens to be a safe, inclusive space.Even the dogs are buff.

I’ve been training at this gym since it opened, and I’ve never been in a gym that was so inclusive, no matter the level of fitness you bring in. I’m an aspiring bikini competitor and Anastasia has had my back no matter how much my goals may seem daunting. I can’t wait to be stage ready in 2026, bringing the best package I can.
