I’m brand new to Phoenix and I’ve taken the noon class every day this week- not only is this an incredible (and incredibly challenging) studio, the trainers immediately made me feel like home- remembering my name, correcting me when necessary, and pushing me to be my best every minute. 12/10 review!!

This place is AMAZING!The coaches are mind-blowing and know exactly when and how to push you. It's almost unbelievable how much attention they give to each individual during the class. Progressions, regressions or even correcting your form.Also, the community is so much FUN! There's never a dull day. Everyone's always motivating one another. Coming here was the best decision. 100% worth it.

Every workout is challenging and different in its own way. Every coach at this location is super helpful. Always pushing me, and correcting my form when needed- which is too often neglected at some gyms.

I love this workout and this location in particular. The trainers are great. The Vibe is awesome. It’s so much fun I want to go back everyday and don’t dread or procrastinate workouts!
