I’ve been doing personal training here for the past few months and it’s been a great experience. The workouts are customized to your limitations and I’ve really enjoyed seeing my progress grow in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to get back into the gym or looking for a specialized training program.

I have had the opportunity to work with Austin for about three years. Because of his degree in Kinesiology, he is very knowledgable about the human body. As a good trainer, he is constantly vigilant about any joint and muscular injuries, while attempting to build and strengthen.Austin constantly reminds me to hold the weight, cable, my body, etc., the best angle possible to optimize my goals. He has a great motivating and positive attitude. Having a trainer, is not a luxury. It is an investment in myself. I highly recommend Austin.

John Winters is the absolute best personal trainer. In my 70's he is patient, knowledgeable and yet knows when to push a little. Workouts are challenging but enjoyable. Every session is different and he finds muscles to exercise that I did not know I had. The most amazing thing about John is his professionalism and degree in Kinesiology. I am learning so much with each exercise and how it is helping me to be stronger. Not wanting the gym scene, it is such a pleasure to work out in a gym alone and John is extremely attentive watching every movement and breath. I highly highly recommend Lifestyle Performance Training and John Winters.

I first started here after following a friend's amazing transformation on FB. I came in with a lingering knee injury and a long list of things I couldn't do anymore, but after a couple months of working with John, we had rehab'd my injury-related weakness and bad form and I gained overall strength and definition. I really appreciate that the vibe is professional and focused because so many other studios feel more like dance clubs or dating scenes, which is not what I am going for with my limited time and money. Highly recommend if you're serious about investing in your health.

Austin is great! He listens to your goals and helps you meet them. He is able to adjust exercises if you have injuries so you can still get the most out of your workouts.
