Have to give a shout out to this great gym. Was on a business trip and had an afternoon to kill so I checked out this place near my hotel. Great equipment that isn't crowded. Front desk guy was super nice and accommodating to a visitor to the area. I bought 2 gym tee shirts to bring back to New York City!

Great gym! I do powerlifting lifts and was in town a few days so used two day passes. Great equipment for squat bench and deadlift and friendly staff, definitely will swing in next time I'm in town.

The MOST serious gym I’ve found in town, but everyone is still friendly regardless of what level you’re at! Also, the price is MORE than worth what you are getting at this PALACE of a gym!

Great assortment of equipment. Manager was very friendly
