I have been training here since January and the owner is a really friendly guy that care for everyone safety. He is really active in cleaning and maintaining his gyn as impeccable as he can. Definitely recommend it.

The mechanics of these machines are why they are so spectacular; they just FEEL RIGHT.Everybody who trains at this location has one goal, and that goal is self improvement. Members are respectful of one another, people wear masks and wipe down their equipment, and the staff, especially the owner Lance, are fantastic people. This is such a great locally owned gym. I picked this place because I think it is important to support small businesses. There are no high pressure sales, long contract commitments, or towel fees that you find at the corporate gyms.This is a space that feels like a family. The owner does a lot to protect the vibe and culture of the gym so that everyone has a safe and inclusive space to workout.

Went to this gym for the first time a couple of days ago, and I loved it! They have all of the equipment I want, and everyone I've met or talked to has been very friendly. Since I'd never been before, I got a free trial day for the first day I went to try it out, which was really cool. I love the fact that it's open 24/7, and it's super close to my place. I'm very happy to call this place my gym now:)
