Really great Rock climbing gym. Haven't been rock climbing in over 6 years and the staff made it seem like it was just yesterday. They are extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. What else could you ask for ? 5 stars, would recommend for all skill levels, beginner to professional.

Excellent staff, excellent gym, and very affordable. They are constantly walking around and making sure everyone is safe and rigged up properly. It's usually pretty busy but they have tons of lines so I have never had to wait.

So I’ve climbed at almost all of the gyms in the valley and PRG is still my fave. Here’s a few reasons why:1) they have the largest amount of routes and they use their space very strategically to make that happen2) I prefer lead and top rope to bouldering. They have more of that here.3) they have bouldering when I’m in the mood. It does get cramped in the there because it’s so small.4) staff is supppeerrr chill.5) routes and ropes are regularly updated and replaced.6) they’ll lead cert you in the cave and then you can bring your own gear and friends for lead climbing fun. So many lead routes! More than any gym I’ve seen so far.7) they sell climbing guides, some gear, snacks, etc.My few issues:1) it gets BUSY. Like, all routes are being used busy. Especially around 6-8pm. That’s why I like membership hours.2) it’s an old gym and some of their stuff is outdated compared to new gyms. Like their holds are all different colors and they use tape to mark them. (But using that system allows so much route diversity so I get it).3) bouldering area is small and you feel cramped with so many people in one small area

Great place, great staff. Intro video is nice and short so if you're experienced you get to spend a lot less wasted time as a new comer. The bouldering area isn't fantastic, but that's about it.

I've been a member for longer than I can remember. It's a great top rope gym, and has decent bouldering. The lead climbing area is also very good. Routes are being set regularly so there's usually something new to try. The only thing to criticize is how busy it can get, but there's member only hours which help with that.

I brought in my six-year-old son and daughters ages eight and nine. I was a little nervous initially but it turned out to be very safe and very fun. The staff treat us all very well and I am thrilled with the experience. I highly recommend without reservation.

Good place to go for everyone- beginners and more experienced rock climbers. I would definitely recommend this place to any active people looking for a fun day out. Plus you pay by the day so you can go do other things like get lunch then come back to it. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

Clean, helpful, friendly place. Brought granddaughters to climb. Nice seating area in the center of it all. Easy to watch the climbers!

I loved climbing with my kids. It is definitely a trust exercise let your 12 year old lower you down from such heights. So much fun. I would do it again!

Friendly helpful staff. A lot of variety in difficulties. Mostly top rope and lead. There’s a small area for bouldering that has cushioned floor as well as several crash pads. Very safe. For first timers there’s a required video to watch. The belay technique on the video you watch is slip-slap-slide, but you can inform them if you prefer PBUS. All the top rope areas come with a grigri device and an end knot so I guess that’s helping it to be fool resistant. Rentals: you get a petzl harness, and shoes with Velcro straps. Chalk rental is extra. You can also but chalk there.
