We LOVE AFAC!! My daughter gets Cryo therapy done often to help reduce soreness from playing basketball!! It is truly a game changer & Susan & Michael are amazing!!

Excellent facility!!! They have every piece of equipment you could imagine, a rock climbing cave, pilates, free weights, cryo therapy, literally everything. The atmosphere is so positive, they have little kichentte area, the whole places is New and clean. AND the staff is incredible. Literally cannot say enough positive things about this gym!

AFAC is great! They have an awesome selection of equipment and will have whatever you need. It is always very clean and sanitary. The staff are super nice and friendly. They offer a variety of really cool classes and the instructors are great and really know their stuff. I would definitely recommend you check this place out!

Every possible machine you can think of, friendly staff, nice vibe from athletes in the gym. The equipment is a bit squeezed together but not impractical, inconvenient or dangerous.

I can't say enough positive things about this gym! The entire staff is super lovely and they have more than enough pieces of gym equipment to get an incredible workout in. Not to mention the great variety of group glasses they offer as well! My favorite has been the kickboxing class they offer, but there is something for everyone. I've recommended this gym to various friends already and would continue to do so :) Thanks to Adventure Fitness Athletic Club for being so great!

AFAC! I travel around the US every week for work, and AFAC is hands down the absolute BEST! From the amazing staff to all the versatile equipment, rock climbing, punching bags, ropes, sled. This is a ALL in one gym!

The cryotherapy at this gym has been a life saver! More accurately a knee saver. I notice when I wait too long between sessions. The staff is wonderful and I feel very safe. Don’t miss!
