Yall used to be open 24/7 now closing at 10 and 8 is crazy, at the very least yall can just keep it at 12 AM throughout the whole week, buddy passes used to be allowed for members with Premium and now it's only for Plus members.. also crazy. Anual renewal fee, also crazy. Sounds greedy as hell to me and don't even mention that in yall advertisements, but then again why would you? Besides that I can't complain about the somewhat good variety of workout equipment. The staff are very cool, though. If I can find a new gym nearby open 24/7 with steam, sauna, pool and stuff like that I would be gone in a snap

I only rated it a three because of the atmosphere, yes they had a lot of equipment, however they didn’t have a track to walk, and it wasn’t as big as I was hoping

Every time I go to this chuze, the pool down, steam room is down. This time, a chemical spill. This is ridiculous, I pay a higher member fee so the I can use the pool. Do I pay that higher membership fee for a broken pool all the time?

Worst fitness center, kids club is always at capacity (of 10 kids). Yet they have no problem charging full price for kids club even though you have to turn around and go home. Rude girl with red hair shouldn’t be working there with such a rude attitude towards frustrated parents who pay for the childcare to workout, ridiculous there’s one child care employee when this is a mega gym and busy week day evenings. Management is obviously trying to cut corners on the budget.Update 8/2023: Still only have 1 employee working at kids club but after speaking with the rude kids club manager Loretta I see why they have no staff. I would not want to work for her either. General manager refuses to call me back for a refund since kids club is NEVER available at this location. Which shows they are well aware of their staffing problems yet have no incentive for parents paying for a service they can never use here. Cannot wait to cancel my membership.

Impossible to cancel membership. Keep going back and forth with management. Facility is nice but completely overcrowded at all times making working out impossible.

Very friendly staff! The showers work and they actually have hot water. Monthly fee is so reasonable. Steam, sauna and pool! Thanks Chuze, you're the best.
