My trainer Trey pushed me to work harder and do things like put weight on my shoulders, which I never thought I would do after my back injury.I've moved on from Core Progression, but I don't regret my time at there. As I am a lot stronger than I was, and I learned a lot from my trainer Trey.

I have been getting trained by Colby the last few weeks and he is the man. If you're looking for someone to push you beyond what you think is your limit, he is the trainer for you. The whole team seems very friendly and welcoming, and even on busier days the facility doesn't feel too crowded. Small gym, big results.

I've been going here for about a month now, and Colby has been an amazing trainer!As someone with minimal gym experience, he's been extremely helpful in teaching me proper form and familiarizing me with various exercises. There's a different routine every time, which I really enjoy!Colby is very professional and makes me feel comfortable learning things that are outside of my comfort zone. He also does a great job at encouraging me and providing feedback, as well as answering my many questions.I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get in shape to check Core Progression out!

I would consider myself to be in relatively good shape BEFORE coming to Core Progression, with having consistently trained on my own for years. But I wasn't getting the results I wanted and decided to take my training to the next level. If you're looking to do the same, go to Core Progression and ask for Colby! If you want to challenge yourself, add muscle, increase endurance, or just get started on your fitness journey, then Colby is your dude.

Julia and the team at Core Progression are amazing! The facility is clean and everyone is super approachable and friendly. Love the workouts I do there… feeling stronger each time. I didn’t know I needed to relearn a lot of the correct workout mechanics but it’s super important! Love being in good hands here!

I have been working with Connor for 6 months, he is absolutely amazing. Not only does he make sure you get the work out you need, he takes the time to get to know you, understand your needs and helps you strive to be better in and out of your workout.Connor is determined to make you the best version of you that you can be. I am so very thankful that I got him as a trainer, it is my first time working out and he has guided me through it and makes me feel good about the choice to join. I am confident I made the right decision and the results have been exciting to see.

I had the best experience at Core Progression with Connor! We clicked immediately and always had a blast during our sessions so I never dreaded going in for a workout. He was able to adjust my workouts to be pregnancy-safe and kept me active until a month before delivery, which was a game changer. Highly recommend both Core Progression & Connor!!!

I’ve been working out here for a few years now. I was nervous when I started but everyone makes you feel comfortable so you can accomplish your goals. Currently working out with Connor and everyday I have been surprised with how well I have improved my endurance and strength. I have also trained with Jordan and would recommend either to anyone who wants to start a fitness journey. They will listen to your goals and are always willing to change things up if needed.
