I have been doing F45 since May and it has been the best choice I’ve made. The environment, the coaches, and the community are so welcoming and inviting. F45 and the coaches meet you where you’re at and push you past that place. They are always finding new ways to push you, encourage you, and support you. F45 North Thornton coaches get to know you and learn how you work best. Not only do the coaches make you feel welcomed, the community that F45 has created goes beyond that. There is competition amongst the welcoming and judgement free zone. I feel the healthiest, strongest, and most confident that I’ve felt in the longest time and I owe it to F45 North Thornton, the coaches, and the community. I will recommend F45 to everyone I know.

If you’re looking to get in the best shape of your life, check this place out! Every workout will challenge you but the rotating format means you’ll never get bored. The trainers are amazing - they motivate and support you the whole time and have mods for any injury or concern you might have. Clean gym and spaced out stations ensure enough room to workout and stay socially distanced. Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey or take it to the next level, this is the place for you!
