What a great little studio! They're doing a great job maintaining a safe and comfortable space - a little haven. The owner, Lisa, is super helpful. All the instructors I've met so far are very professional and caring masters of their craft. The retail space has interesting treasures. They're very directed in their mission and succeeding in carrying it out.

This studio is by far the most welcoming studio I have been to. I started classes a month ago and am blown away by the instructors. They are kind and explain all the different moves and the benefits to them. I practiced yoga at another studio and never felt welcomed so I started practicing at home for the last year. Randomly I decided to try it again and I’m SO thankful I did! I look forward to every class I take. Highly recommend this place!

I love going to Haute Yoga! All of the classes are great and the people that teach them as well. Lisa, the owner, is so sweet, friendly and welcoming. I feel like I'm part of really nice group of people here. Also the prices she offers are really great and makes going to unlimited yoga affordable :D Thank you for all you do and for having this amazing practice Lisa <3

It was a really great class and the facilities were awesome! I love the small practice feel without any pretentiousness. Even though she was obviously busy, Lisa went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome- something I don't take for granted! I'm new to the area so very grateful for the warm welcome and kindness.

This was my first time ever trying yoga and I have to say I loved every minute of it. I’ve always loved a nice sauna session but combine that with movement and OMG it’s definitely a game changer! I’m super excited to see how yoga will help with my chronic back pain and just overall mental/emotional health. I left Haute Yoga in high spirits tonight and that’s not only due to the Yoga session. Lisa and Kyle were AMAZING and made me feel welcomed as soon as a walked in the door. They are great instructors and their amazing energy is contagious. This is definitely the place to be if you want to escape from the everyday stressors of life or looking to loosen up your sleeping muscles/tendons. I’m excited to return for my next class I’m even going to bring my husband along for the ride! 😃

Conviction without a doubt a top 3 studio in Denver area. The design and aesthetics of the studio are beyond A+. The key for me of the whole studio is the giant fan. Hot yoga needs a fan. For the last 5 years my go to for yoga has been CPY's HPF, which is a great class but most CPY studios don't properly control the room temperature because they don't allow fans. I usually wear two to three layers of clothing at CPY so I get to control the heat myself. It is super strange to do yoga feeling like you are wearing a snowsuit, but it is only because of the humidity. In Houston or LA not having a fan is totally fine because the air is already humid, but in dry areas that humidity needs to be pushed around. I hate having to using CPY as a reference point but it is Denver and this is where everything started. If you are new to yoga this place is amazing. If you have done a ton of yoga this place is amazing. Come join the party! On a side note for the rockstars that give this place anything under 5 stars! Come on you need a little bit of exposure to the world! 5 stars is a tragic understatement. I would give this place a 1000 stars if I could. It took me way to long to visit because I was used to my standard routine. Everyone is always going to be way too busy. Make a little bit of time for yourself and you will be impressed!
