I have been going to Intrepid off and on since 2019. My job is very physically punishing and my body always hurts. My first therapist was amazing but sadly I can't remember her name and she has moved away. I have tried a few others over the years and they were good, just not "that" good. They now have someone who has been taking care of me and after 3 visits I think I stood up straight for the first time in years. Not telling her name because last time I did that, different place for acupuncture, everyone filled her books and I never got back in lol. This girl hurts me almost to the breaking point, couple times just past, but the day after and the next are absolutely amazing. She makes my body tell her what is wrong and then fixes it, whether or not it wants fixed lol. I live my life on a pain level of 6-7 and my doctors hate it. They are even happy with her work.Thank you Intrepid, don't lose her please!!!

I have a gift card for them that I am trying to get rid of because I am trying to recoup the missed appointment fee they charged me which caused me to go negative in my account causing an overdraft fee because I had just got done paying for my dad's funeral expenses. Heaven forbid you lose a parent and don't call them because it's the first thing you think of when someone you love passes away. All the receptionist had to say is, "would you like to reschedule for today?" When you don't reschedule she becomes instantly rude. Customer service is big and I will not be going back due to the lack of it and insensitivity of their practice.

Mariah and all her massage therapist are amazing.I was in a car accident four and a half years ago with 10 herniated discs in my body. I truly believe that I would not be walking today if it was not for Mariah and her staff of therapist.

My long time massage therapist retired and I have had a hard time finding someone as great. I saw Liana yesterday and she was fantastic. She listened to what I said I needed and was able help heal me! I will definitely be going back.

No reminders for appointments!!! Beware. Working 7 tens for months on Denvers 100 degree plus runways makes things hard to remember. Still take half that money though! Keep that 45 it will be your last! Got my self an amazing chiropractor now, one visit my head aches and pain is ALL gone. Thanks again.

Please choose anywhere else to receive massage therapy. GO ANYWHERE ELSE PLEASE! I have spent the last 9 months barely able to walk, due to my massage here. It’s been 9 months, multiple docs, a ton of physical therapy and I am still not fully recovered. Therapist decided she was going to “release” my IT band, which caused femur, pelvis and hips to be misaligned. Whole body dysfunction from one massage. I say again, if you want to have a relaxing, therapeutic massage- please choose anywhere else!Your response isn’t at all surprising. If you can’t provide your core service safely and effectively, I am pretty sure your admin and operations tasks are also lacking. You, the owner, gave me 2 total massages. The first being a Father’s Day gift from my wife, matti, which caused hip pain. The second being the one that finished ensured the next 9 months would be spent barely able to walk, sleep or function. You are right about 9 months being a long time to leave a review. Perhaps it’s the fact that I have spent the last 9 months dealing with everything that comes from misaligned hips. Knee buckling, shoulder dropping forward while the other retracts back towards the spine. Multiple providers all trying to figure out what would cause whole body dysfunction. A ton of physical therapy which is concerned that surgery may have to take place to correct my hips and pelvis. I seriously wish I could sue you for what’s occurred. I just hope you don’t hurt anyone else and wish the was a way to close your doors permanently. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A MASSAGE.

I saw the reviews here and decided to give them a try. I've been getting a professional massage done regularly for the past 20 years at different places. At Intrepid, I've had it done with two different individuals (1st one was Liana i think, and today with Amanda). I mean.....seriously, I've never been this relaxed and feel so refreshed after a massage. It is amazing. The level of care, professionalism, and their skills are so impressive. Now I understand all the raving reviews this place has. I've already scheduled another one for this week. You should absolutely try this place out. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

I received a therapeutic massage from Jennifer for my neck and jaw. I grind my teeth and tighten my jaw. She knows what she is doing and is very nice! After the massage I felt relief already.. and she gave me an exercise to do too. The place is clean and bright. I highly recommend ♡ Vera

Jennifer listens to me before my massage and finds out what is bothering me to make sure my issues are resolved. Great deep tissue work with pressure tailored to your tolerance, very professional.
