Everyone is so nice here. The staff takes the time to learn your name and engage with you. The Classes are fun, great for all fitness levels. This is the best cardio because you don’t realize you’re working out. Don’t be intimidated, come join our family! Come challenge you’re self !

I was looking to drop some weight to help with some health issues. I signed up to do one of the 6 week challenges to jump start my journey. I planned on finding a gym closer to home after the challenge, however, I love it SO much I stayed. The classes are so fun and effective. The coaches and members are so welcoming and the atmosphere is always uplifting and positive! Instead of being bummed out to go to the gym, I’m actually bummed out when I don’t get to go. Oh and in a year I’ve lost 25 lbs. so that’s cool too!

I am a very anxious person and have been looking for a workout to help me cope with my anxiety and stress. There is nothing better than bunching and kicking a bag to up beat music with coaches cheering you on along the way. I am so thankful I found this gym and they welcomed me with open arms. The staff are so friendly and push you to your limit every class. Each class is unique with a focus each week incorporated into a diverse mix up of a HIIT workout, kickboxing, and flow. I found myself surrounded by many women who also struggle with anxiety and use this workout as a fantastic release of stress and every day life. Classes are only fifty minutes, but each time I come out a different person; happier, stronger, and fit!

I love going to Fit Theorem where they are always building a community with very difficult monthly and weekly challenges so I can strive to be the best person that I can be. The coaches know me on a first name basis and are always encouraging me with positive affirmation and improving my kickboxing technique every step of the way. Grateful I have found a gym where I can call home.

Made getting fit fun. When I signed up for the challenge I had NOOO IDEA WHAT I was getting myself into, I had started eating cleaner in 2023 but this challenge made me buckle down and shop smart to make sure I was eating what I needed to to reach my goal. The classes were full of sweat and laughter, and great music that almost makes you forget you working out and not out having fun at the club. I was lucky enough to participate in Fittherame the last week of my challenge and Monday Music Day was the best day ever. Couch Ravyen, V, Monica, Sarah, and Kelly are great and a lot of fun as well. I'm excited to continue kicking butt with FitTheorem! Clean eating is my go-to now, waking up at 5 am to get the early morning class taken care of makes the day feel so great!

Back in December I saw an ad about trying this place out and honestly was going to cancel the initial meeting, until I realized that it was the gym a friend of mine went to. So I figured why not at least try? I can't tell you how glad I am that I went. I have tried so many different exercise/diet "programs" and end up burned out and/or hurt with no noticable changes. The core components of the workouts here have helped me with my back pain and for the first time I can workout consistently without back and joint pain that running, cycling and even working with a trainer lifting weights has caused. Additionally, the workouts themselves have made a HUGE difference is my stress and anxiety. I'm a very shy person by nature, especially in groups, but even with that I've made friends and feel like I've found a place I could see myself sticking with long-term. This is an amazing community and I'm excited they are a part of my journey. I always look forward to class, even when I have to drag myself out of bed in the morning to get there.

I recently finished my six week challenge, and I could not have had a better experience! The coaches and members here are amazing and so supportive of everyone who joins, they truly want to see everyone shine in their physical health as well as life. I have tried everything on the planet to lose weight before, and nothing has worked as well as joining the wonderful community and classes as this gym. In the six week challenge alone, I have lost four pants sizes, and it’s not going to stop there! I look forward to waking up and going to class every time!

I recently completed a 6-week fitness challenge, and I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with the results! From start to finish, the challenge was well-organized, motivating, and challenging, but not overwhelming.The workouts themselves were intense, but the instructors were always supportive and encouraging. They helped me push past my limits and achieve things I never thought possible.One of the things I loved most about the challenge was the community. I got to meet some amazing people who were all on the same journey as me, and we supported each other every step of the way. The online forums and accountability groups were especially helpful, as they kept me motivated and accountable.Even though I did not meet my goal, I would highly recommend this 6-week fitness challenge to anyone looking to improve their fitness and push themselves to the next level. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than before. Thank you to Fit Theorem Northglenn for such a fantastic program!
