Not the best PF..lots of torn cushions, stuck equipment, not as many duplicate weight modules. But staff friendly. NOT 24 hr..c'mon, pandemic over. And a creepy guest/ staff said it was nice to see a more "mature" woman here.."I'm old too" he said. really? I don't want to get picked up here nor told I am not a spring chicken.

I wish they had someone there that explained to you how to use the equipment in the AM. Also the thirty minute room's floor is filthy. I see the same dirt and dust on the floor every day, so it would be nice if they at least sweep the floor in the thirty minute room.

I recommend searching for a new gym. Unprofessional employees. I thought letting my guest use a massage bed would allow her to see if she would like to purchase a membership. After 3 years of a membership I have never had an issue with an employee allowing my guest to use the massage bed. Before leaving the manager "Chinno" threatened to take away my membership. He had no tag on him to identify himself. When asking for the regional manager information he provided me a business card for Planet Fitness Brighton but refused to provide information for Krista the regional manager. Further more this location is not 24/7 as told when I first signed up!

The gym is great, but the hours are not. I am paying for a 24 hour gym but our Brighton location is not 24 hours. There are other planet fitness locations in the Denver area that are 24 hours, so using Covid as the reason is not a very good reason. Maybe corporate needs to get with this manger and get the times changed. Looking at the comments here and talking to some staff there is a high demand for 24 hours. Please change your hours!

Signed up yesterday for the black spa promotion. Change my schedule around for Tony the trainer who didn’t show up for my session and the front desk staff couldn’t help too much because they were busy letting kids sneak in while they talked with friends and family. Kinda of a joke- no manager on duty just a lead. I gave it one star because it was clean…thanks for the first impression ✌️

Great environment, friendly staff willing to help you out with any questions, also makes it easy for beginners to QR scan a code to see how to use each machine. User friendly app also has several options to check in, work out routines, log’s etc.!

Love that this gym is so close to home. HATE the hours. Would love for it to go back to being 24hrs. Was much more convenient for both mine and my boyfriends schedule. We stopped going really when they changed their hrs. There’s only one that’s 24hrs in Thornton and I don’t want to have to drive that way when there is one right here in Brighton. Please change your hours back!! 🙏🏼

I've been a member for multiple years. I took a month off and came back for the first time today, and was very impressed to see the staff actively working and cleaning! This has been a steady complaint for many, over the years. But today, it looked like changes have been made. I hope this continues and I appreciate the efforts by today's staff!

I have been going to this location for 2 weeks now... And I have been holding off on a review to see if they will eventually EVER clean their facility. They DO NOT clean👎🏼. I understand wiping down my machine afterwards, but the tanning booth is a covid fest to say the least! There's no handle to even exit, I honestly got panicked just trying to get out of the booth the first time.When I signed up they told me how awesome their affinity tanning booth was, and it has yet to be in working condition, literally missing over 10 bulbs since I started. These photos are of the 9 minute booth. After seeing this, you can only imagine what the ripped seat cushions and trash all over the bathrooms look like. I would be SCARED to use a lay down tanning bed🤢🤮*They highlight how "You can use ANY Planet Fitness!!" Now I know why, this one is HORRIBLE. I won't be keeping my membership.

I enjoy going to this gym but I really signed up thinking I'd have a 24hr gym to go to once covid restrictions passed. Other locations have returned to 24hrs except this location.This location is conveniently located a couple blocks from me but I have to go to Thornton if I want to use a 24hr location.I work overnights so the current hours make my workout times very limited. :(
