What a great place to train! The instructor and everyone that I've met so far is very patient but also very encouraging. Come prepared to learn a lot and get an incredible workout with some awesome people!

I did the week long free into and loved how Chris taught. It is a very laid back gym to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I didn't feel intimidated at all. A lot of BJJ gyms lately are getting a little rough and injuries have higher chances of happening but with Chris he keeps things pretty relaxed and fun. But as chill as it is you'll still sweat and get an awesome workout. Out of all the MMA gyms I've "shopped" at this would be my first choice in gyms. It holds a nice 50/50 balance between BJJ and Muay Thai.

Chris is a great instructor, and RMJJ is a great place to train. I'm really new to jiu jitsu and they've been great at teaching me and training me. I'd recommend training here for anyone new or advanced looking for a new place to roll.

This might just be one of best places to train bjj in the metro area. Rocky Mountain Jiu Jitsu is clean, affordable, and has fantastic instruction per Chris. It also lacks the cliques and pack-mentality that seems to permeate the sport. Whether you're just starting out, advanced, or somewhere in between, you will be welcomed with open arms here. Here you'll get an intense workout and comprehensive instruction.
