Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have been attempting to cancel a membership for multiple months now and have been given the run around at every turn. Two weeks ago I went in after my account was overdrawn due to them withdrawing membership fees despite me being told my membership was canceled. The money was refunded but today the fee was taken out along with a late fee. I will be filing a law suit if it is not corrected by the end of the following week! I will never recommend this business to a single soul.

Only 4 stars because this is not a 24 hr gym as advertised. Hard to get a good workout on the weekends when the place closes at 9pm. Atleast on Mondays and Fridays they stay open untill midnight. Other than the inconvenient weekend hours the staff are always friendly and helpfull.

The worst gym in Topeka hands down. This place is always filthy. Customer services is lacking all the way around. The equipment is always broken. Its sad that the management does not care enough to take care of the place. The hours are never accurate. No one is ever available to help with membership questions. No one returns your calls. But no worries they will make sure to get their money. Been trying to cancel for weeks now since we found a better gym and no one will call or is ever in the gym to help. Save yourself the pain and go ANYWHERE else.

None of the employees will tell me exactly why I’m not able to sign up for the fitness classes even though I’m signed up for the Peak membership that gives me access to fitness classes except for the HitZone classes. I’m really trying to give this gym a chance, because their equipment is good, but customer service is severely lacking. The employees don’t seem to care about concerns and dismiss them or don’t know what they’re doing. SmhUpdate 6/24/2023 still having issues. I had to figure out on my own that I could use the kiosk for signing up and printing off my class ticket. I’ll be trying that today. Customer service is still lacking. Apparently I was signed up under a prospect account. I want that changed, but the employees don’t know how to change that apparently. I don’t want to be that disgruntled customer, but it is very annoying that nobody knows how to fix the issue. If the employees don’t know, I don’t know either. It’s a little ridiculous if you ask me.

Should hire someone that knows to open the gym at 5am on Mondays. Got there at 5:05 this morning and waited until 5:35 and they never opened. Went home real quick and drove by at 6 and they still were not open. Don't know why I'm paying for a membership when I cant even use the facility.

I should have payed attention to the reviews before getting a membership here. I started it over a year ago but ended up needing to move very suddenly due to my father's major health issues. At that time (like 9 months ago?) I had at least $800 in personal training that I left unused, which I accepted as a loss, but I was very frustrated by the fact that the gym itself wouldn't let me cancel my membership over the phone or by Internet. Ive been paying for a membership I can't physically use since then. I happened to be in town last weekend to grab the last of my stuff and sign some paperwork so I stopped at the gym to finally get this thing cancelled. The guy behind the counter had me fill out a single line on a piece of paper and said I'd get call later in the week. I made sure to ask him if I'd be charged again and he said I would not because he would get it all entered that day; that was important because the debit card being charged had recently been stolen so I had cancelled it and gotten a new one. I probably should have realized that wasn't likely how cancellation actually works, but I had too much going on to worry about it so I just took his word for it. I did get a call a few days later... At midnight on Saturday. It appeared to be an automated message. I noticed a new attempted $90 charge this morning and called the gym to see what's going on. I was told that it takes 30 day notice to cancel even though I've been trying to cancel for like 9 months so now I owe for the month and the new annual fee! The dude behind the desk either had no idea what he was talking about, or lied. Since there's nothing they can do I'm now stuck with paying $120 plus whatever late fees they tack on. I am not willing to give them my new card info so that they can just keep charging me for as long as they feel like, so I guess it'll just have to go to collections and I'll deal with it that way.Do NOT sign a contract with this gym, they will bend over backwards to keep getting your money, whether you're still using their gym or not.

What the heck is that… lol 😂It’s sad that crunch is such a good gym. But this place is nasty. I refuse to even use the bathroom’s. Dust bunnies in your face! No thanks! Some of the staff is great, but then there is a few that are lazy. I find that to unfortunately frustrating. I asked about my membership a perk and the worker answered the question without even looking my account up. Went back to talking on his cell phone. Lol per laziness.

Very good 1st visit. I was a guest. I'll need to get a membership if I keep going. I didn't remember how to use some of the machines, & there were no staff roaming around to help out. They were all either @ the front desk or the personal trainer area. They really focus on the paid services. Nice clean place.

My girlfriend canceled her membership but they still charged her twice after that and won't refund her. When she tried to get help they told her they couldn't do anything. They were accusing of her being rude when she never raised her voice or attacked them. Now she has to get her bank involved to dispute the charges. Do not go there. They will steal from you and tell you its your fault. Not honest people or hard workers.

Best one so far. I got a great deal. I paid a penny for my first month. Badass equipment. Friendly staff. People of all walks of life feel comfortable here. I like the fact that I can sit in a sauna in their locker rooms. Bring your own lock for the lockers here. Tanning, hydro bed massages, even a place to take your kids! Hell yeah! I really like this place. Kudos to Alexa the assistant manager! She talked me into joining. Bring a friend and check it out sometime. You'll be happy you did. Thanks Crunch fitness for providing a great place for my own therapeutic fitness hangout! As always, Kyle.
