Likes to take advantage of the elderly with disabilities. Tried pressure selling and misrepresented what you do not get with Ouran up charge. Made cancelation challenging and you do not get all your money's returned. I have seen a lot of reviews with negative feedback. Taking advantage of any one with disabilities is an unethical practice for any company. There is laws and we are going to pursue legal options. Good thing we have a family lawyer.

I've been a member since before Genesis was Genesis, it was Maximus in North Topeka. I believe the services at this facility (North Topeka) have slipped. The availability of towels is lacking, there's no reason for that at 9:00 am. The lockers in the locker room, at least the mens locker room, need to be attended to as quite afew of them no longer work. It seems to me that vacuuming of the rugged areas has gone by the wayside. I bring these items up only to make you aware of how I see things. I enjoy working out, I go three days a week and have for years and I want Genesis to be the best it can be. Thanks........

Been coming here for 2 years. The employees are very kind and helpful especially when I had injured my shoulder and they had recommended different workouts to help with the recovery

Great place ! Very Friendly staff & kept clean. Airrion Mann is a FABULOUS trainer! I have back issues & with Airrion’s expert help I’m building muscle & am already pain free & still getting stronger !!

As a member at the facility over the last 15+ years I appreciate the positive evolution. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facility lays out well and is always clean. No place I’d rather workout, Genesis North is home to me!

I enjoyed the whole experience! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. A lot of my friends and I have memberships there, and all the people that work there are always helpful with whatever I need help with. The staff do great at greeting and giving out kind comments. Whenever I have a bad day, the staff is always there for me to build me up.

Not bad for a start. I have many health issues and they are great working with me. I've been to the gym a few times and it's clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to all!

I was able to get a lymphatic massage without having a membership. Dan was very informative and knowledgeable. He has a joyful personality. Staff were helpful though seemed a bit stressed.
