I was encouraged and surprised that all staff felt confident and empowered to make decisions for themselves, or, when they had tried their own means of finding the solution but could not, summoned a superior easily and quickly. There seemed great rapport.

All the staff are awesome I always feel welcomed every time I come. Nice and clean equipment and the bathrooms are always clean as well...Hands down my favorite location.

The wife and I worked out here for the 1st time. Facilities were nice and it wasn't crowded at all. We went after 10pm on a Sunday night. Plenty of machines to workout on.

Used to be 5-star until I recently wanted one month freeze. Looks like process is NOT friendly. They made it like hell, same for cancellation. Cannot cancel membership over the phone, from the app or the website. Cannot freeze it easily either. You can cancel only in person. For very obvious reason, apparently. Cancelling should be as easy as signing-up for the program. Should be just like Netflix or Spotify, single click activate or deactivate membership.

The best staff of any facility that I'm a member of currently. No matter what club location I have been, the staff, from top to bottom go about their work with a smile and they all are always willing to help. It is a pleasure to work out at these facilities
