Poor service and toilets are still broken since my last visit weeks ago! Plus the cleaning supplies are empty making the equipment undoubtedly dirty. I don’t know how anyone can rate this gym well. It’s very poor.

They didn't advertise this, like their competitor whose namesake capitalizes on the 24hr nature of their availability, but they are indeed open 24hrs and not only that, from experience I can say that this is much cleaner than that other gym I alluded to which is frequented by a clientele that is seemingly much more pretentious and narcissistic at three times the monthly cost - not only that, but really, who actually needs a pool and basketball court in their gym when your only a mile from the beaches of #SuperSunnySouthernCalifornia anyway?I've only been a member here for a few days but I can tell you that everyone is super friendly, approachable, and their personal training staff is available free of charger too!Did I mention how much cleaner this facility is over the other three major chains in the area that charge three times as much per month?This is a no brainer - Planet Fitness rocks!

Cheap price for a gym. Normally crowded and people don't know how to rack weights in the right place but then again which gym doesn't have that problem? Staff is usually pretty helpful when needed.

Planet fitness is a medium sized gym with good prices for memberships. Machines are clean and employees clean the empty ones during the day. sometimes its full, sometimes its not. But a good place to workout!

Was skeptical to join this gym because I was not sure what to think. It is wonderful! If you are new to the whole gym community or are just looking for a more affordable option this place is great! They have all the equipment you would need and offer so much with both types of memberships.

They have a lot of good equipment, but the staff isn't always helpful. I was told I would get a tour when I first went in, but I did not. The prices can't be beat for sure, but if you're up in Palos Verdes, it's hard to make the trip down sometimes after a long day. The bathroom is clean, and they have a lot of lockers to store your stuff. If the staff was a little more helpful I would give this place a 5.

Clean facility and nice staff. Avoid rush hours and you will like this gym. Go during the rush hour and you will regret it. Place is badly over crowded. Not even sure what the maximum capacity allowed but that does not seem to stop them from signing up new members. A couple of regular gym rats peacocking around but otherwise good crowd for the most part.

Visiting from out of state, so my review is based on a comparison of my home PF.First, it's a good size PF, but was very very crowded. Greeted nicely by the staff.My only complaint would be direct across the sign in desk is a good size stretching area. Laying on the floor when I arrived was 3 wadded up wet paper towels on the floor. Definitely in the line of sight of the desk employees. An hour later, when doing my cool down, the same trash was still laying in the same spot. And a 4th paper towel was in the middle of the room.So -1 for over crowded and -1 for cleanliness.I'd go back, but the amount of people there would make me look for another home gym.

Cheap gym membership starting at $10 / month. A pretty good deal considering they have the basic equipment for cardio and strength training. The gym lives on its theme of an intimidation free workout environment. A good gym for beginners. Not the most high end but relatively clean. Locker rooms feel cleaner than many 24 hour fitness that I've been to. Overall, a good deal for $10/month.

This Planet Fitness is always well kept and maintained. Staff is attentive and polite and the gym is not as crowded as some other places can get. Very convenient if you have things to do in the mall but need to work out afterwards. I often visit my barber and fine men's salon but workout right before which is very time-saving.Prices are always right and features such as guest passes and the ability to work with a physical trainer by appointment is without question a great caveat.
