I love this place! The teachers are wonderful and so good at correcting your position to make sure you get the best workout and keeping your body ergonomically correct. I've been 10 times in a month and definitely can see an improvement in my body tone and my back pain has diminished. The workouts are definitely helping strengthen and tone. The teachers are very encouraging!

I have been attending Bar classes for 1.5yrs. I look forward to the early 6 am class to get me energized for my day. The instructors are attentive and encouraging. I still get corrected and tweaked on my form even after attending over 250 classes. The Bar Move class is a good addition to the classic Bar- keeps me on my toes with the constant change in the format. I love the challenges throughout the year and earning perks along the way. It helps everyone to keep pushing forward, a little motivation goes a long way. I have met new friends to make the 1 hour class go even better.

I love Bar Method, and this studio is fantastic! Leslie, Lindsay, Cristina, Stephanie, and Danni are the instructors I go to routinely, and they all ensure you have an amazing work out. Leslie also does a wonderful job of having fun challenges and promotions. For anyone who is pregnant, this studio does a fantastic job of teaching you modifications so you can still safely get a great work out. Highly recommend them!

The staff and instructors are incredibly supportive and welcoming. I am experiencing improved strength and flexibility all while being offered kindness and respect for what my body can and cannot yet do. The instructors give positive feedback to assist with alignment and ensure that you are completing the exercises correctly. It amazes me that they always know my name and keep me motivated for the entire hour-long session. In less than two months, I feel stronger than ever and better able to keep up with my two young boys.Thank you Bar Method PV!!!

I am a new client to the bar method in general. I have always wanted to try it and took advantage of their new client special. I have gone for 2 weeks now. Avg 3-4 times a week. I already see results and feel so much better in so many ways! It is such a great feeling and challenge which keeps me motivated and coming back for more!! Not to mention the staff is so genuine and friendly! Love their organization and the way they operate their studio! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful, supportive place to get into shape by a team of caring, energetic, and motivational instructors. After only a few weeks, it's already difficult to remember life before the Bar Method. I would recommend it to anyone who, like me, needs a kick-start to make sure I follow a consistent exercise regimen!

I have been blessed to participate in this Bar Method workout. I started mid March and have been going 3 x week. I feel better in my posture already. That was a main goal along with strength and weight loss. So far so great.I enjoy going early and find myself greeted by big smiles and people remembering my name. It is really clean and spa like. The instructors are very knowledgeable and accommodating to my post operative needs. I look forward to going each time and feel invigorated for my day. I encourage anyone who wants to firm up to give this a try. I am very grateful to be here.

I LOVE PV Bar Method!!! Leslie and her staff run a first-class studio in every way. The instructors and classes are amazing and everyone is super friendly, supportive and motivating. The classes are easy to follow yet challenging and you will be amazed at how quickly you see and feel the difference -- it's addicting :) I also love that there are always fun promotions and contests to keep us all intrigued and inspired. I highly recommend that you give it a try to see what you've been missing!

I have been going to Bar Method for about six weeks and love it! The instructors are all incredibly helpful and the facility is kept very clean. Everyone is super friendly. The workout is challenging but safe. Although, I would say that it’s not for fitness “novices” or those who may have not exercised in a while. It would be nice if there was a beginner or intro class for newbies to learn proper technique, vocabulary and cues since instructors can only do so much correcting while they are trying to run their class.
