The Center is censoring the news channels in the ladies locker room which must stop immediately. Bad enough the carpet is dirty and stinks but telling the members what they can and cannot watch in the locker room is unacceptable.

Nice facility. Lots of equipment and group classes. Lap pool is always crowded. If you are not part of a swim team, chances are you won't get to swim at a decent time in the evening. You will have to wait until 8.30pm Monday thru Thursday.

Great facility.Whether your interest is in weight training or aerobics,there's something here to meet your needs.Being a member,also provided assistance with my hip replacement.The trainers designed presurgical routines for leg strengthening& are presently addressing post surgery strengthening & balance issues.All of this produces a much smoother transition to this operation.Thanks to all, for your continued help!

My wife went here. Ridiculous start up fees and complete lies about what’s included. It’s all a marketing scam. They tell you what they want so you can sign the contract and pay them. She was told about all the great services they offer and in reality it was all a scam. The employees are all sales based. Your “free” trainer consult every 6 weeks ? SALES MEETING. You literally have to sit there and listen to the trainer tell you about how he can help you personally and to hire him for over $1500 a month. If you say no they get aggressive and tell management who then tries to cause conflict with your membership because they realize their not making anymore money on you.

My PT/ Cert. MDT is Cynthia Chernyavsky she is very professional, respectful, kind and carrying with her patients. I can say I feel the difference after I get my PT with her I see the improvements and relief in my self, she can really get to main area that is affecting you promptly. Very bad service and Very very rude staff, I was swimming with my daughter, lifeguard ask us to leave the pool as they only allows 2 hr of family swimming on weekend. and then in min another supervisor Samantha comes yelling at me in front of other ppl makes me and my daughter feeling embarrassing when we already leaving the pool. NEVER VISIT AGAIN and NOT RECOMMENDS to ANY ONE. VERY VERY RUDE TO THEIR MEMBER.

We have been members at RWJ for 5 years. I’m disappointed at their new swim program with swim team for 12 year olds. My daughter had the worst experience ever with her coach. We have to stop swimming in the mid season as she refused to continue swimming. If you are planning on enrolling in swim team for your kid please look somewhere else!

I have been fortunate to have Lisa Timberlake as my trainer for the past six months.Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, and is focused in helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging.She encourages and motivates me to do better and yet she knows what my limits are and how far she can push them.I am truly thankful she is my trainer and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a serious trainer dedicated to her profession and her clients.Hal Panzer

Went to check out the gym to enroll. The biggest turn off was the people who work there...mainly the salesperson. The most stereotypical car salesperson, except this one added corny jokes and occasional winks. Had my child with me so told her if she can be concise to which she replies...well, I am working after hours too just for you...arrogant. I came here thinking it's affiliated with a hospital so they may have some class but I believe a local planet fitness is way better than them. Really disappointing. The pool area was nice but had such a heavy chlorinated smell that I thought I would pass out. Best part...when she saw we're not impressed with the initiation fee, she left the room and never came back...immature.
