OTF challenges me both mentally and physically. I like the accountability to make sure I have “me” time worked into my schedule. I love the enthusiasm, knowledge and motivation of the coaches!

The staff at the Troy location are awesome! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and very motivating and the facility itself is always clean. They will run challenges throughout the year with prizes going to the winners - This is always a great motivator to participate. Price is expensive, but you get a lot out of it and I think your health and the workout you get is 100% worth it. I always leave there feeling exhausted and sweaty - But in the best way possible.

I love how multifaceted the workouts are, they keep your body constantly guessing so you won't plateau! It constantly challenges me and I have fun doing it. The coaches are positive and motivating which is the most important aspect of it all! No matter what age, size, gender, or background you are, you are welcome here with open arms and high fives!

OTF workouts are best! The challenge you, they are never the same day after day. You have a coach that instructs you through the strength exercises, rower & treadmill. The coach is always encouraging and keeps you motivated throughout the entire class. I feel and see my results and look forward to the next class!

It is high energy and fun. The trainers and team environment encourage me to push myself past my mental boundaries to meet my physical goals. Most of all I love the full body workout that fits my schedule - a firm start and end time - and still a great workout.

Too expensive for monitors that do not work accurately and trainer shouts instructions that you can't even understand

They were great. I have a membership in Seattle and they made it really easy and let me borrow a band.
