Nobody showed up this morning to open the gym. Gym has gone downhill recently - disgusting grimy machines and employees shadowboxing each other.

I just became a member this past Saturday. I noticed right away the AC was not blowing upstairs, especially around the cardio equipment. I brought it up to the staff and they acted like they had no idea. Had me show them what area the AC wasn’t blowing out the vents. Maybe they really didn’t know, but I have a hard time they didn’t know. I brought it up the next day to a different staff member. She too acted like she had no idea. She said “corporate” controls the AC. I said, can I have “corporate’s” number? She decided to call them herself. Supposedly, “corporate” said the parts just arrived, which has been the hold up. Today, I brought it up again, to a different staff member. She too had no clue either but agreed it is hot upstairs. I’ve asked several gym members and they said the AC has been out for months. I really hate leaving bad google reviews, but sometimes it takes a google review before management does anything about a problem. It’s 100 + degrees outside. It feels like a suana upstairs, maybe go to a different Genesis location if you want AC. Or use a different gym company altogether. Luckily, I’m just month to month.

Great gym. Very friendly. Clean. Lots of equipment. Nice showers. Lockers are nice.If I lived in Tulsa this is where I’d be a member.
