This was such a great experience 10/10 would recommend. I was able to get a good bike workout in while being in a suana and I felt comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this to all my fellow athletes that need a good workout that is easy on the body. The hospitality was absolutely amazing, we were greeted with smiles and a high energy that made working out that much better. If you get a chance you should definitely stop by.

Great experience! We brought some of our wrestlers here for a quick sweat before Nationals. The staff were so kind and welcoming and helped us get set up right away. The facility was super clean. Our wrestlers had a great workout. We’ll definitely be back again.
