Every session with Joe is a leap forward. From issues with shin splints and a limited ability to run to finishing a 10k without breaks, Joe was able to correct my form issues! Highly recommend Joe for all your training needs!!

Joe has been phenomenal to work with in achieving my fitness goals. I’ve been working with him for a little over a year. He keeps it challenging and is always knowledgeable and encouraging. The atmosphere is comfortable and not the slightest intimidating. I agree with others that Joe is a great guy. We have the best conversations.

I’ve been working with Joe for about six months. In that time I’ve gone from from having very little knowledge about lifting to sailing through my workouts. The motivation and knowledge he provides makes me look forward to my gym days. I would recommend Myside fitness to any one who wants to get stronger as a cyclist or to someone who just wants to have fun lifting heavy stuff.

Joe is just all around a fantastic person and trainer. He has continuously worked around my hectic schedule. The workouts are doable yet challenging, and he's always ready to adjust something on the fly if needed for whatever reason. Cannot recommend enough!

I love coming to MYSIDE fitness, training and moving to stay healthy has become a lifestyle for me because of Joe. He brings a motivation and passion to the gym that resonates with me. Joe is great at breaking down movements and adapting to sessions on the fly. I started going to the class on Fridays and it’s a blast and a burner.

Joe hosted a free squat clinic today that was super informative. I was given tons of info and several tips to help make my squats more effective during my workouts. I learned quite a bit today off of one session that wasn't even a full workout. Go see Joe at Myside Fitness. After today I'll definitely be doing more classes with him! Extremely kind, encouraging and knowledgeable dude!

I have been lifting at Myside fitness for over a year now. Over this time period my goals have shifted from racing bikes, recovering from a back injury , re-finding fitness, all the way back to racing bikes. Through out all of these changes Joe has adjusted my workouts to align with my goals and continued to make me feel welcome. I’m not sure how to capture the energy of Myside in text but will leave it at the fact I have tried to incorporate lifting into my lift many times over roughly a decade and this is the only time it has ever stuck. 10/10 will continue to lift here.

Joe is probably the best trainer I have ever had. I have had a few in my lifetime and he is by far the most understanding and easy to work with in town. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape or even just feel good when you leave the gym, not overly pushed or exhausted. He works with you every step of the way and encourages you to reach whatever goal you may have! Great guy and overall friend!Great workout this morning as usual!!
