Every workout is customized for my level and needs. My first meeting was an evaluation of my physical status which uncovered an issue with my neck and shoulder. Since then I have stretches and workouts designed for my whole body with specific emphasis on my shoulder and neck wellness. Best fitness experience I have ever had.
