What a great ride the last year has been. Ibriham really helped me get back on track after the covid lockdown. He has completely changed the way I approach my workouts. Each set is just as important as the last and every minute is utilized to its fullest. I’ve seen dramatic changes while also strengthening my muscles and tendons to help alleviate tendinitis and joint pains. Truly life changing. I also consider him a brother. Thanks man for helping me through my journey!

If you want a customized workout developed to help you meet your goals, this is the place. Nothing “cookie-cutter” about the workouts. Ibrahim takes the time to find out what you want, what you need, and what you can do and you go from there. Very encouraging in his approach, every workout is a new challenge. I’m down 30 pounds, and am much stronger than I was 6 months ago.

I feel so much stronger! Ibrahim is an amazing motivator, really listens to my personal fitness goals, and is obsessed with the right form - to prevent injury and get maximum results. Plus the gym is sparkling new and clean with all the equipment you would need. Never gets boring!

Ibrahim is an incredible trainer. His extensive knowledge of how the parts of the body work, separately and together, gives him the ability to individualize training programs based on condition and age. He has modified exercises to accommodate my heart condition and my pacemaker. And a number of his exercises complement those that I am doing in PT for a gimpy knee. He is so enthusiastic that I feel pumped up rather than drained after each session. I am definitely gaining strength and I am also learning how to mindfully use my muscles and move my body as I age. I can’t say enough positive things about Ibrahim! I am so fortunate to be training with him.
