Sweat Club is a one-of-a-kind workout environment. It is filled with knowledgeable coaches, supportive community and fantastic workouts. I’ve learned how to strengthen and move my body in a healthy manner and surprisingly, enjoyed myself while doing it. Would highly recommend and there’s even a cute little swappable book area.

When my husband and I first joined Sweat Club, we were looking for a place to move our bodies and alleviate the soreness that comes with everyday life. What we discovered was so much more than just a gym. Sweat Club has provided us with a supportive and inclusive community that has helped us push ourselves further to achieve our fitness goals! Through the go-at-your-own-pace workouts, we have been able to focus on our own improvement and see real progress. We are grateful to be a part of such an amazing community that truly cares about our well-being both inside and outside of the gym!

I’ve been going to Sweat Club consistently since August ‘22. This is a huge accomplishment, but it has felt so easy. This place has become more to me than a gym - it’s a community. Class times are flexible and everyone is so chill and welcoming. I feel supported in my own personal strength goals. Even on days where I’m not feeling great, I still want to go because I know I can take it easy (lighter weights, treadmill instead, etc.) and I don’t feel judged. Getting stronger has been such an enjoyable experience with SC!

Sweat club is the best gym!! If you want a place where the trainers really care about your mental and physical well-being, look no further! The main focus here is on how you feel, not how you look or what size you are. The environment and community are so inclusive. I have become so much stronger since joining and can’t wait to continue the journey! Also, the interior is amazing ✨

One thing that I appreciate most about Sweat Club is that everyone involved seems to be on a journey to learn/understand/accept others. I live in a larger body, and I feel not only invited but INCLUDED in this fitness community. The coaches have helped to reshape my outlook on health and wellness, and I genuinely look forward to my time in the gym to gain both physical and mental strength.

I have been a member of Sweat Club for a little over a year. I haven't been the most consistent. There are thoughtful conversations around goals and habits, and it is truly a no judgement zone. I have not been the most consistent and am always welcomed back after breaks. I have done the fully virtual option, and while I do feel being able to attend in person helps with engagement, the exercise programs and discussions are still great fully virtual. Highly recommend.

After following Coach Sprenkel for a year on Instagram I knew Sweat Club was just what I needed to get me back into a place of better physical and mental health. The culture she has created is so positive and encouraging-and set up so that everyone can work at their own pace with gentle nudges to challenge yourself without pressure. We all look very different and are working on different personal goals. And that is celebrated! This has been a worthy investment in myself and my health.
