Coach Sprenkel is truly a judgment free space! She welcomes you at any fitness level and has created a safe space for women specifically. She helped me so much when I was pregnant, postpartum and even now. Thank you Coach Sprenkel!!!

Coach Sprenkel is literally the best!! She has helped me so much over the years. She is encouraging, positive, and understanding. I love having her to hold me accountable but also encouraging me to rest when I need it! I could not recommend Sweat Club or Coach Sprenkel enough.

As a life long group exercise avoider who prefers gentle yoga and meandering walks to the typical gym environment, it took me a while to work up the nerve to join in at Sweat Club with Coach Sprenk. But I am SO glad I did. The workouts are fun, challenging, and varied enough to hold your interest, but with enough repetition to actually help you gain strength and cardiovascular fitness. There is a great community of people who join classes regularly but it's also very friendly to newcomers as well. Lots of modifications are offered to meet you where you are each day. I recommend joining during a new cycle, but you can also just start at any time if that's more your speed! Sprenk is also knowledgeable about movement and wellness for pregnancy and postpartum, and a birth doula!

Coach Sprenk is dedicated to helping women feel comfortable with getting some extra movement into our day. I took her reConnect class after having my son to get some safe movement back after my C-section and she was so helpful! She makes you feel like you can do any of the moves with or without modifications, and using your resources you have on hand (for example can goods instead of special weights). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to reconnect with their body after a surgery or giving birth!!

After 12 weeks of Sprenk’s Postpartum Program, I feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to and supported by other new moms. The environment Sprenk has created us so fun and safe; I especially appreciate that I can bring my children to the gym when I need to. I can’t wait to start Sprenk’s next program!

Coach Sprenkel cultivates a community of respect and wellness. She is a great and very knowledgeable instructor and makes workouts fun! I started working out with Sprenkel over 2 years ago and have completed her pregnancy & postpartum training. Sprenkel was also our doula and could not have been more amazing!
