Awesome facility! Very welcoming atmosphere, people are there to train and get better. Solid roster of fighters which means tons of experience, knowledge and tips which is priceless. A friendly place to train and compete. Huge space, 2 rings in the center, heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, and a weight area. Train for life, not many better ways then to learn to defend yourself and get in the best shape of your life at the same time!
