Hands down, this has got to be the coolest gym around!Coach Aaron Sloan is a true boxing professional, and his entire staff is right there with him. They are real fighters. The greatest surprise about the Engine Room was how welcoming everyone is. I knew nothing, started from scratch. You can learn and these guys can teach you.One of the things I love so much about the Engine Room is the diversity. If you commit to training like an athlete, if you show up every day, you’ll not only get in great shape, but you’ll connect with others in Tulsa. And not just Tulsans. You will meet locals and people from all over the world.Another thing I love is that each class is a little different. Sometimes it’s high intensity. Sometimes it technique focused. Sometimes you spend time talking about psychology. After more than a year of training there, this has resulted in a well rounded set of boxing skills.I tell friends the Engine Room is not just a place to work out. It’s a place to hangout, get in shape and connect with great people. This is a guy who lives it and

Wanted to find a new spot to go work out at and decided to try this place out since my job is downtown and it was close by. I signed up for a free trial class and booked it for 5:30 that same evening. But when I arrived the place was locked and eventually after standing there (in the rain) for a good five minutes a guy came to the window and shouted at me that the place was closed. Cool, would’ve been nice if the site wouldn’t have let me booked for a day that it was closed. Just going to try elsewhere now—area seems kinda shady anyway.

If you’re looking for a real, classic boxing gym that will increase your toughness, strength, health, and perseverance, then this place is it. If you’re looking for a Title fitness class, go to Title. If you’re looking to learn how to box, come to Engine Room.

This place is a joke! The ring is torn, ripped, shredded so much you can see the foam underneath. There are 3 treadmills, none of them work. It smells like a wet dog and is filthy. Most, if not all of the equipment is broken. Take my advise and take your money to a gym with working equipment.
