I came stopped by during a family visit....and let me tell you. It was an amazing experience. Greeted by staff they showed me around were very helpful. Provided one of the best customer service....gym overall is clean and organized.... If i lived near this area i would have defenitely signed up!. Location is perfect....in and out of the fwy in no time.

I've been with In-Shape now for five years and have been pretty happy with the friendly staff. The gym is kept clean and the machines are being regularly maintained. I especially like how the manager and greeting staff have been so friendly and responsive to my needs. When I noticed a machine that was not working for some reason and I bring it to the manager's attention (Kristin Fraser) or to the John (the equipment maintenance person) or to Gustavo (the head of housekeeping), I see an immediate response. I really appreciate the cheerfulness of the front desk staff, especially Victoria's. And, lastly, I love that fact that the staff greets me by my name.

Great gym and classes the only thing o have to complain about is, every time on a holiday I call to see if they are having classes and staff doesn't seem to know. I would think that's something they need to know

Bad gym smells horrible. staff lie to get you in then they raise the price in person dont come here again members

The staff is top notch. Great cardio section. Weight room is legit. But the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I came back. Its a good solid gym, but yes the free weight room is ridiculously tiny and only one real leg extension machine. 4 stars yes...5 stars...No.
